Private Property Motor Vehicle Accident

The Blytheville Police Department provides the filing of a private property motor vehicle accident on-line to help meet a citizen’s need of documentation when involved in a private property motor vehicle Accident. 

A Private Property Motor Vehicle Accident is one that does not occur on or in conjunction with a public street or highway. Private Property for the purposes of this report are considered public access private properties such as business parking lots and drive lanes. 

The Blytheville Police Department may not respond to Private Property Accident Reports or review private business security video under the following circumstances: 

Non-Injury accidents - Hit-and-Run collisions - Damage from a natural occurrence such as a fallen tree or limb.
