A Criminal Incident Report is a comprehensive record necessary to ensure that alleged criminal events are recorded accurately. Criminal Incident Reports may be filed with the Blytheville Police Department when an actual or suspected crime occurs within the jurisdictional boundaries of the department. All Criminal Incident Reports filed with the Blytheville Police Department are subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
