Code Enforcement is a generalized term for the City of Blytheville that consists of two distinct operations. Those operations include:
Animal Services, which regulates the domestic stray animal population and diseases associated with them as well as monitor their humane treatment within the city.
Environmental Conditions, which Investigates unsightly and unsanitary conditions and enforces City Ordinances and State Laws governing property.
Code Enforcement operations work together and with other City Departments and Commissions to conserve the health, safety and quality of life for citizens of Blytheville.
