Responsibilities
Councilwoman Marshall heads the Airport & Utilities Committee as the Chairman. She sits on the Finance & Purchasing Committee and the Public Works Committee. She has a Bachelor of Science and Business Degree from Arkansas State University. Apart of the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute as a consultant as well as being a Community Advocate and Developer. Some of her strengths are her strong community involvement and collaboration with housing/real estate specialty and expertise.
