Purpose and Duties

  1. To study and discuss long-term strategic goals for the City of Blytheville, including but not limited to economic development, infrastructure, community engagement, housing, and quality of life.
  2. To evaluate opportunities, trends, and challenges affecting the City and surrounding areas.
  3. To provide nonbinding recommendations and strategic proposals to the Mayor and City Council.
  4. To encourage collaboration between City residents, local stakeholders, and regional and industry partners with a vested interest in the community's success.
